About Hariesh Manaadiar

I have spent more than 37 years working across almost every part of the global transport and trade ecosystem..

During that time I have worked with shipping lines, freight forwarders, importers, exporters, customs professionals, banks, insurers, technology providers, regulators, and industry bodies..

Over the years one thing became clear to me.. Most trade problems are preventable as they usually begin with unclear responsibilities, poor communication, weak processes, misunderstood documentation, or a lack of practical capability..

Those experiences led me to create Making Global Trade FIT™ which is the philosophy that connects everything I do..

Whether I am helping a business fix an operational problem, informing the industry about a complex trade issue, or training people to develop trade capability, the objective remains the same :

Help businesses become FIT and ready to execute global trade successfully

What makes me qualified to say this..??

My approach to trade is built on a combination of practical industry experience, continuous learning, and active involvement in the organisations and initiatives shaping global trade today..

My qualifications include :

  • MBA in Shipping and Logistics – Middlesex University, UK
  • Fellow – Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers, UK
  • Post Graduate Diploma Program – Digital Supply Chain Management, Purdue University
  • Digital Trade Strategy – ICC Academy, Singapore
  • Maritime Law & Shipping Contracts – Lloyd’s Maritime Academy, UK
  • Diploma in Freelance and Feature Writing – London School of Journalism
  • Certified SAFe® 6.0 Architect – Scaled Agile Inc.

Together, these bring practical experience, formal learning, and continued industry involvement to my Making Global Trade FIT™ approach..
